Roles, sharing and access

• Admins see and change everything. Only admins can make changes, through the assistant.
• Managers see their team, all levels down.
• Members see their own card.
• Admins can share more: one person's card, a manager's whole team, or everyone. Use the Share button on a card or team view, or ask the assistant (share_access).
• Anyone with an email on the team can sign in with a one-time email link and see what they have access to. People you add without an email are there for planning only, and people who have left (end date today or earlier) show as deactivated. There's no per-person price: one flat price covers everyone.
