Roles, sharing and access

• Admins see and change everything. Only admins can make changes, through the assistant.
• Managers see their team, all levels down.
• Members see their own card.
• Admins can share more: one person's card, a manager's whole team, or everyone. Use the Share button on a card or team view, or ask the assistant (share_access).
• Anyone with an email on the team can sign in with a one-time email link and see what they have access to. A seat is someone who has signed in and hasn't left; people you add for planning don't take one until they sign in, and people who have left (end date today or earlier) show as deactivated and free their seat.
