To continue after the trial, an admin emails support@compslate.com. We send a monthly invoice and switch the workspace on; nothing changes in your data. Need a signed DPA or a security review? Email the same address.
If you don't continue, the workspace turns read-only: comp cards, team views, statements and exports keep working, changes (in the built-in chat or a connected assistant) pause, and nothing is deleted. Continue whenever you like and pick up where you left off.
No AI subscription needed. The built-in chat is included. If you'd rather use Claude or ChatGPT, connect them too: Claude works on its free plan; ChatGPT needs Plus or higher.
